Marić & Co was established in 1959 by Dr. Vladimir Marić, following his service as President of the Commercial Court in Sarajevo. From its foundation, the firm was organised as a legal partnership and has operated continuously, adapting to changes in the legal and institutional system of Bosnia and Herzegovina over the decades.

Today, Marić & Co is structured as a limited liability law firm, in line with the applicable legal framework. The firm advises a broad range of clients, including companies, financial institutions, investors, and public bodies, on matters related to all stages of business activity.
