As part of the student workshops organized in cooperation with the Faculty of Law, University of Sarajevo, a professional lecture on construction contracts was held at the offices of Marić & Co, delivered by Senior Partner Branko Marić.
The lecture addressed both practical and theoretical aspects of construction law, including the structure of construction agreements, the rights and obligations of contracting parties, liability for defects, timeframes for performance, and the use of FIDIC conditions in practice. Particular attention was given to distinctions between domestic and international contract models.
